Recap: To get an understanding of who is writing this blog, I thought I would begin with the 5 Ws. I’ll split this into a couple of posts as to avoid being too boring. This is part 2 of 2.
My intention is to post this blog a couple (2-3) times per week. Some weeks more and some weeks less. I’m not sure, at this point, how I will handle posting while I travel, but I think I have the technical solutions needed to not miss a beat.
Some of the post will be near real-time, driven by the desire to post my thoughts while they are fresh and maybe a little alcohol impaired. Other post will be less time sensitive and could be read at your leisure and searched for reference at a future date.
I previously mentioned that I am located in the Northeast of the US, and given limitations on availability, I may not be able to have as broad of a range of products as I would like. That said, I do travel, and there are some local suppliers that have a great range of products available for evaluation.
I would ask you, the valued reader, to provide suggestions on beers I may not have heard of, or that may take a little more effort to acquire. I’m very open to trying new beers and with a couple of exceptions, I’m open to try a variety of styles.
Why am I writing this blog? Well, the truth of the matter is that I wanted to find a new opportunity to do something that I love and want to share with people. My day job will support my interests, and this will be an actual 2nd career as a blogger that I can get very excited about. Hopefully you will find it valuable, enjoyable or at least mildly entertaining.
Thanks for spending the time to read about my goals for this blog. As we move forward together, please keep in mind that I reserve the right to change the direction of this blog at any time. I love feedback and want to hear from you, so please don’t hesitate to send me a note or post a comment. My email is:
